Refund Policy

NodeHop Premium is a one-time prepaid purchase of a block of months — there’s no subscription and no auto-renewal, so there’s nothing to cancel. We want you to be happy with it, so:

14-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked. If you’re a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, this also honours your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.

After 14 days

Because you prepaid, we’ll consider a good-faith refund of your unused whole months if you ask — for example, if you bought 12 months and want to stop after 3, we can refund up to the 9 whole months you haven’t used. Partial (already-started) months aren’t refundable.

How to request a refund

Email admin@nodehop.cc from the address on your account, with the order/receipt number from your Paddle receipt. Payments — and refunds — are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. You can also request a refund directly via the receipt Paddle emailed you.
